***The food truck takes on quite a few private events during the holidays and may be harder to find than usual.  BUT>>>GOOD NEWS>>>Our North Quarter Storefront in downtown Orlando is open Monday-Saturday, 9am-3pm!  We will also be offering Christmas pre-order pick-ups throughout the holiday season, so that you can take Caro-Bama BBQ home with you or to your special holiday celebrations!***

We are looking for a food truck to come and be our food source for our 20th reunion BBQ at the west orange football field for our family day July 26 11-2… We wanted to see if you would be at all interested and if you could please contact us as soon as possible. It will be 100 people and u would be the source of food so it is a guaranteed day for business:)))

      Thanks so much for thinking of us! We are definitely interested in your event. Two things to consider:
      We have a $1000 minimum to bring the truck out. With 100 people, you shouldn’t be too far off from that. Someone would be responsible for the balance if sales are short of that amount.
      Also, we would need to make sure that West Orange is ok with us coming onto their property and find out if they need to have any of our licensure and insurance information on file.

    1. We are interested in hearing more about your event.How many trucks do you plan on having participate? What kind of entry fee will you be charging? What size of crowd are you anticipating? How do you plan to market this event? Will there be other BBQ trucks participating in the completion? What time do will we need to arrive at your event?

  9. Hi this is Keke from East River High School,

    I am emailing you to inform you about our homecoming tailgate that we will like for you to be apart of. This event will take place here at East River High School on October 9th, 2015 from 4:30-7 pm. Will like for you guys to be there in between 2:30-3:30 for inspection and set up. There will be a donation fee of 30 dollars for parking. We are expecting a huge turn out from students, parents, and club members. Before we can officially book you we will need up to date insurance or else you will not be able to park at this event. Please respond before Wednesday because space is limited.
